Vehicle Detail

synnad54 Store Welcome and thank you for looking! Up for your consideration. {TWO} 1967 Chevrolet Impalas. The First one, {the blue one} is a 1967 Impala, with a 283 V-8, automatic. This one was the first one which I intended to restore. The engine runs, the trans. is good. It is basically a driver that needs an interior and some TLC. There is a line leak somewhere to the transmission. If you fill it up it will drive until you park it for a while, and then there is a big puddle of tranny fluid under it. The body for the most part is solid. There are some small holes in the floor. I was planning to purchase some partial replacement panels to repair them The frame, the quarters and the trunk are all basically rot free The vinyl roof however caused the metal under it to rust and therefore needs some attention. I pulled the windshield and back glass to start repairs but never got to it. The glass is safely stored away in a crate. The interior was gone when I bought it. I purchased the interior you see in the pictures, But it needs to be re-covered and rugs and headliner installed. The white one In the pictures is a 1967 SS 327. I purchased this one as a parts car for the blue one. It also runs, however the engine has what I think is a rod rap. The interior is complete {including the hard to find console and floor shifter}. However the body on this one is shot. I had intended on using the SS drivetrain to put in the blue one. I have also searched out some various parts and pieces to complete the restoration. Both of these cars will make for a fine start on a restoration project. ************************************************************ Please contact me should you have any questions… I am always happy to answer. "OK, now the unpleasantries" PLEASE READ THESE !! I have spent some time trying to be fair to everyone. If I sound mean, it's only to protect myself. Payment is due within 3 days of auctions end.
