Up for auction is an Alpine white 2012 BMW R 1200 GS R1200GS RALLYE LIMITED EDITION or some would say special edition, limited quantity BMW R 1200GS Rallye edition Adventure Bike. This bike is beautiful and it is in like new condition. With only 3,253 miles the machine runs perfect and everything works. This is a one owner bike and it has always been maintained, babied and stored indoors when not in use. This model was inspired by the Dakar winning GS bikes and this is the last year for the Air Cooled Boxer twins. Please read the entire ad before bidding. ENGINE: This bike has always been cared for and is in perfect mechanical condition. This model has the onboard computer. BODY: The bike is absolutely beautiful. It is an Alpine White with BMW Motorrad Motorsport graphics. The frame is Magma red and really stands out; whenever I stop I always get compliments. The legendary Dakar winning looks are rounded off by the cylinder head covers in Granite Grey metallic and the aluminum die-cast single-sided swing arm in Asphalt Grey metallic. Contrast is provided by the engine finished in black as well as the seat in black/off-white with red inlaid seams. The new owner will not be disappointed. The right side cylinder cover has a few scuffs on it but is hardly noticeable. Please inspect all pictures for condition. I added plenty of pictures that show everything. CHASSIS: The bike rides amazing and is essentially in like new condition. This model has the Enduro ESA (electronic suspension adjustment). Heated hand grips with hand protectors. The bike also has the ABS braking system. Perfect spoke rims with double disc brake setup in the front. Pivot foot Peg’s stainless steel from Altrider an aftermarket distributor of BMW accessories ACCESSORIES: This bike is LOADED. Here is what has been added: BMW Motorrad Navigator GPS IV (4), Matching Magma Red Frame engine guards, LED front lights, Full locking BMW hard Luggage including an expandable tank bag along with an expandable rear passenger seat bag. Also included are an all-weather BMW cover and a BMW battery charger, sorry no pictures of these but they are in perfect shape.
