Up for auction is this very complete and original Texas delivered '67 Impala SS hardtop project. Documented with the original Protecto Plate, warranty book, build sheet, owners manual and original vin and trim tags. Disassembled years ago, organized, inventoried, bagged and ready for the next step- completion. All original drivetrain, 327/275 hp engine, powerglide transmission, and original rear axle. Red exterior, parchment bucket seat interior, and black vinyl top. Options include factory a/c, power steering, power brakes, console and more. All sheetmetal is overall very solid, needing some repairs. The red paint on the cowl, jambs, and trunklid is original paint. Firewall, core support, and fenderwells are original paint. Work on other panels has been started, frame is rust free, straight, and clean. The engine has been professionally rebuilt, ready to run, all original parts, and hardware intact. Engine has been run, and cam break-in was completed on the dynamometer. The original quadrajet carburetor has been concourse restored, and is perfect. The bucket seats and rear seat have been restored, new foam and covers installed by a professional trim shop, no amateur work at all. These costs alone were over $5000.00. All parts come with the project, original stamped steel wheels, hubcaps, engine brackets, pulleys, dash, gauges, a/c components, glass, trim, bumpers, interior, exterior, and all hardware. The original hardware for all areas has been bagged and tagged, ready to restore, or clean and reinstall. New parts in box include headliner, and package tray.
