Vehicle Detail
Listed is a really nice example of a 1994 Chevrolet Caprice Wagon. I have owned wagons for over 15 years now and ones in this condition and with history like this are getting very hard to find. A true piece of fading Americana! I purchased this vehicle from its 86 year old owner when he decided to give up driving. He had owned the car for 18 years. The car has ZERO rust and has been a Florida car all its lifetime. Always garaged and impeccably maintained it drives like a 26000 mile car even though it has 96000 genuine miles on the odometer. It has recently been treated to a matching set of new white band tires, new battery oil change and wheel alignment and re-charged A/C. I would drive this car across country with no hesitation. It starts first time, the A/C blows ice cold drives like its floating across the surface of the road like these older separate frame long wheel base vehicles do in almost total silence, also braking is straight and true. Those in the know recognize that the last 2 years of production of the wagon treated it to the famed LT1 small block injected motor which is effectively a detuned Corvette engine. This old lady can lift its skirt and fly if required but can also achieve 25 MPG on the interstate. Every time I drive this car I get thumbs up and positive comments at the gas station, supermarkets and car shows. The car is super presentable with awesome presence on the road. As already mentioned the car has zero rust and looks as clean underneath as on top, the body is in great condition with shiny waxed paintwork and only a few small marks that have been touched in and cannot easily be seen. I had the bumpers re-painted to the original color as I felt it let the car down with rock chips to the front and a couple of scuffs to the rear corners. The car now looks great. Turning inside this car is like a time warp, 100% original showing no wear to the cloth trim, no stains, rips, tears or cracked dash pad. The foldaway 3rd row rear facing seat is like new and I do not think its ever been used. All the electrics work and the car does everything it should. The only reason I am selling it is because I have just purchased another wagon that I have custom plans for. This one is just too good and original to start chopping about and needs to go to an owner that will appreciate its unique appeal. My name is Roger, i am 58 years young, live in Ft Myers SW Florida, the International Airport is literally 10 minutes from where I work. Fly in, drive home and enjoy the journey of a lifetime. You can reach me on 239 243 4102. Please do not call me to beat me up on price, I have just reduced the car $500. I know that all cars are worth what someone is prepared to pay for them but I suggest you look around and try to find as nice a car as this before you bid. The new owner will not be disappointed.
