Normal 0 false false false EN-US JA X-NONE If you watch Counting Cars you just saw one of these fully restored this dually is very rare and this one is the real deal (less then 100 made), This truck started out life as a 1 Ton Dodge Van back in '78. It was then shipped to an RV company named Dreamer. It was then transformed into what you see here. It is about as seventies as you can get, especially the interior with full shag carpet, captains chairs that swivel and a rear bench seat that folds down to a bed and a factory AM/FM/CB radio. It has a 440 it’s set up as a workhorse. It can tow or carry just about anything. It was built as a tow vehicle for a large 5th wheel motor home (see Mag photo). Both sides of the beds have built in water tanks. There was a pump and a heater installed in the bed rails also. This truck can seat 6 and the rear seat folds out to a bed with blinds that pull down on all the back windows (they still work). Its been repainted at least once. It has a repaired front passenger fender looks like it has flares on it and someone removed them and tried to patch over the holes and some rust is starting on the drivers pillar roof seam. Mechanically this beast is done and runs great – I have driven her at freeway speed to LA and back (200 miles round trip) 440 - Auto 6 Brand New Tires All new brakes (lines, drums, calipers, pads) Full tune up and carb rebuild Just Smogged Will make a great car hauler/transporter.
