It’s rare to find a ’35 in this excellent condition that hasn’t been hot-rodded. It’s an all steel, honest car with no rot or bondo. Believed to be only a 2 owner car with 53,000 original miles !! It was stored in dry conditions and even rested off the ground on 8x8 blocks. It went through a restoration roughly 20 years ago and has been off the road for the last 12+ years. I took my time and went through the car completely to bring it to perfect running condition. The flathead V8 runs smooth and strong. The three speed on the floor shifts excellent. The brakes and electrical all work well. All fluids and gas tank have been flushed and are now fresh. The carb has been cleaned and adjusted and idles perfectly. The battery is a brand new 6-volt. (Note: the vehicle is running in the all photos with little to no smoke.) The interior is in great shape, factory correct with mohair. It even has the rare more desirable optional Kelsey Hayes wired wheels. It has been upgraded with front and rear blinkers to make it road ready. The paint on the car shows well. Again, it’s a 20-year old restoration. It will need some minor attention, especially where hood opens up against the fender. It’s scraped a bit. A good wet sanding and polishing will it wonders. The front hood ornament is cracked and will need to be replaced. Other than that, the vehicle is in excellent condition. A true and honest barn find. It’ll be very difficult to find another (if not impossible) in this condition. I wanted to preserve and present this vehicle the way it was found. The only thing I did was bring the mechanicals to where they need to be.
