On Oct-12-13 at 08:44:19 PDT, seller added the following information: Updated Description on Saturday, October 12:- Note that it has been brought to my attention in the last day that the CarFax report for this vehicle shows a water damage report in 2012. This does not show up on the AutoCheck documentation which is what I used, and the prior owner (friend of mine) used to purchase the car. The title is clear and does not show it to be a salvaged car. I know that insurance companies were overwhelmed during that time. The BMW was never underwater...I used it, inspected it and even had my mechanic 100% service it. I ran an AutoCheck, even called NYS DMV Title Bureau and had a "no issues" response. I know you also ran a check. It was picked up here 6/17/13 Passed emissions and inspections in Co. on 7/5/13 Titled issued in Co. on 7/8/13 You then sold it to Ca. on 7/29/13 On 8/2/13 it was registered in Ca. and passed inspections and emissions Ca. title issued 8/15/13 It's now the middle of October....It looks to me that you bought and "flipped". I have no issues with that..... It was and still is a dry, un-molested BMW The original owner has moved out west due to age/health reasons with no further contact info. I have re-run another AutoCheck with the same and latest Ca./Co. recordings.
