I believe this to be a Pony Cycle step through scooter. It is a barn find and not complete, but enough there to restore or use for parts. The engine is complete and does turn over, but doesn't have much compression. What you see here is what we have. I am not a scooter expert, so feel free to correct me if it is not a Pony Cycle.
