This is a one owner vehicleand was always garaged kept. This Cadillac is overall in excellent condition for the year, 1972 was cadillac's 70th anniversary. They only madeapprox. 20k fleetwood brougham's, and cost just under $8,000 new. The exterior is a bright deep black with chrome trim. The body is rust free except for a small area on the bottomrear fender (drivers side see pic, the paint still covers the rust, just bubbling). The vehicle may have had somepaint work on the sides (no rust repair). The hood and trunk have some slight clear coat checking and some veryminor paint blemishes (see pic). The passengers rear fender has very slight damage (hard to notice, see pic).The vinyl top is in great condition with no under rusting bubbles that most others have. All the chrome is in goodcondition. Overall a very elegant appearance and gets lots of attention. The Interior in in excellent condition, no cracks in the dash, no rips in the seats. Original mats always coveredthe carpets. Power seats not working (might be a fuse) and the trim around the controls on the drivers dooris slightly out of line and a small cut (see pic). The Engine runs good however, it could use a good tune up. Brakes, exhaust and suspension are all good.Transmission shifts perfect through the gears.
