This 1963 dodge has just over 100k original miles. The body of this 63 is very good. It has had one repaint about 8 years ago. The rear quarters on the bottom have been repaired and are just starting to show and bubble. The passenger side floor has been patched. The floors and unibody are excellent. The frame is excellent and needs nothing. The car looks good and gets a lot of attention where ever it goes. The engine has about 5000 miles on the rebuild. The engine is a standard bore 413 with closed chamber heads which have had the bowls swirl blended and gasket matched. The heads have also been cc’d. Before the engine build everything was magnafluxed and indexed. The entire rotating assembly has been dynamically balanced. The cam is an ssi number 10323. The lift is .465/.442 with a 112 degree centerline. Duration is 290 at .050. Engine also has roller timing chain. A mopar electronic ignition has been installed with a late model alternator and regulator. Engine has a lot of power and still has nice street manners. The intake is an aluminum Edelbrock performer and has a jetted and flowed weber carb with an electric choke. Engine starts right up with a nice fast idle and warms up the engine perfectly without any lag or bog. Hedman headers with the dual exhaust sounds real nice. Not to loud but just the right amount of rumble. New aluminum cross flow radiator has also been installed with an electric fan. The transmission was completely rebuilt and has a b&m shift kit and 2500 stall converter. This baby rocks. The rear end has been replaced with a new 8-3/4 with a 3:55 track lock. No more keyed axles. The rear also has extra leaf springs with coil shocks in the back and KYB shocks in the front. The front end was completely rebuilt a few years ago. The front brakes were upgraded also with disc brakes and a heavy duty sway bar. The inside of the car is excellent with the cool red interior. Still has the original clear plastic seat covers on it. Rally squad rims on front and back with dog dish covers. Tires are 50 percent. Car drives like a new car and has power steering and is a joy to drive. You do not have to fight this car to make it go. Drive it with one finger. I have the original owner’s manual, ID card; build sheet and second owner’s paperwork. Vehicle has class 3 hitch with electrical plug outlet. This baby can tow just about anything. This car needs nothing. Best car you can find for the money. Vehicle has Registration card only. New York does not give titles for older vehicles of this era.
