Purchased this classic Plymouth Fury 3 from an old-timer awhile ago, but need to make room for my garage to expand my woodworking shop. This car has been very well maintained and was primarily used for summer time vacation trips. It has Always been garaged, so the body is still in good shape. There is No noticeable rust under the car. There are some spots of paint flaking on either side of the car. In the last photo shows a crack in the windshield on the drivers side, but doesn't interfere with the drivers visibility. The previous owner did add two short 2X4's under the front seat, so he could see over the steering wheel better, but they could be easily removed. The front and rear bumpers are in great condition. I did have to put in a new starter. All the tires on the car are near brand new. The spare tire in the trunk is well used. The gas gauge dosn't work. According to the previous owner, Plymouth had a problem with the floats in some of there cars. This is one of them. I have all the parts (float & screen), including the special wrench to fix the problem. Radio appears to be the original factory AM type. Car still runs very well. If sitting too long, needs a few minutes to warm up. Has recently been tuned w/oil change. The previous owner did add an electric fuel pump which is operated from a small button under the dash. He told me, he added it because he didn't like to crank the engine for long periods of time when the car wasn't being used for extended periods. This car is in great shape.
