1965 CHEVROLET; CORVAIR CORSA CONVERTIBLE, 140 hp 1965, Corvair Corsa, Convertibles are arguably, most sought after by serious keepers of the Corvair Marque. The Corsa Convertible was only offered for the 1965 and 1966 model years and represented 11,495 of the total 1,659,021 U.S. cars ever produced. The popularity of the 140 hp option probably runs second to the Turbocharged model, however, the 140 hp is much more docile, meaning it requires less "fiddling around with". I purchased the car back in 2008 from a fellow in Washington state. I was going to change the wheels and add other accessories but never got around to it. The car was a show car when I bought it and is still really very very nice. The exterior color is unique, and I haven't seen any Corvairs this color, but it is the original color called Evening Orchid. The car has been stored inside a warehouse for the past number of years. I have just too many cars in my collection and am in the process of thinning out the collection. You won't find a nicer Corvair. The car is to be sold as is where is.
