Up for auction is this all original(except paint) 1925 Model T Roadster. It has the original engine(4cyl.) and original planetary transmission. I have driven this car around our countryside & in parades and it runs and drives very good. It does not overheat. The spark advance, throttle, brakes, forward and reverse all function properly. It is a blast to drive. The only item I've noticed is the waterpump leaks a litlle and will need some packing. A new waterpump can be pruchased for about $150.00 and are easily installed. It is a small leak so packing should cure the problem. The car runs on battery and magneto which is a plus. The body is all steel and has been repainted. There is no rust or dents and only a few scratches from use, but is shiney and very presentable. The top is new and goes up & down easily in less than 5 minutes. The headlights work but the taillight will need a new 6 volt bulb. The horns blows loudly & sounds really neat. The uphostery is new. The red seat looks sharp again the black pain and red wheels. The tires are in decent shape as are the spoke rims. The floor boards are wood and perfect shape. A new rubber mat has been installed with the 'Ford' script. Overall this is a very nice shape car that runs, starts, drives and stops very well. The car does not smoke at start-up or when idling. The balance is due within 7 days of the end of the auction as cash in person or wired to our bank account. The balance will NOT be accepted to PayPal. Any additoinal wiring fees on the buyers or sellers end are to be paid by the buyer. This car is currently stored in a garage and can remain there for 30 days to allow for pick up or transportation of this car. The buyer is responsible for arranging and payment of transportation or pick up of this car. This is a very cute car at a fair reserve.
