Hi, PIONEER AUTOMOTIVE INC IS PLEASED TO OFFER an iconic Sand Black 1992 BMW 325IC E30 with only 94000miles, Features the I-6 M20 Engine and it has 5-speed manual Transmission which is a blast to drive. This one is an unmolested survivor and one of the cleanest original cars I've ever owned. It looks incredible, as seen in the photos below. Runs and drives excellent. All services are up to date. A complete upper end rebuild has been performed less than 100 miles ago (parts listed below as well as in photo). This is a true specimen of this year and model. It is in excellent shape for a 25 year old car, would even consider this a "time capsule". It comes with the original owner's manual and title (see photo below). All VINS are matching as well. EXTERIOR: The car is still very straight and solid. 0 Rust. IT HAS BEEN A FLORIDA CAR SINCE DAY 1, 100% GARAGE KEP CAR. INTERIOR: Front seats work perfect, Both front sport seats are in immaculate condition and the rear seats literally never been sat in. Both bolsters on front seats are still intact and almost perfect condition. All gauges, knobs, and buttons work. The cluster work perfect ! Dash only has a small hair line crack All windows roll up and down as nicely as well. Glove box opens and close just fine, The carpets are clean and not soiled. The dash does have one HAIR crack, AC IS ICE COLD. ELECTRICAL AND ACCESSORIES: All the power windows and locks function correctly including the electric convertible top, factory stereo sometimes acts funny but it works, power antenna works perfect, Cruise control works as well. EXHAUST It has the original factory exhaust system that is in great shape. SUSPENSION AND BRAKES The suspension and brake system are stock and drives excellent. WHEELS AND TIRES Tires near new tires with 98% tread with 14 inch bbs basket weave. Over all this car is a blast to drive, and it makes me smile every time I look at it. Terms of Sale

The following terms of sale apply to all of our online sales.

Payment Methods

Cash (in person), certified check, bank transfers. All funds must be in US dollars only. Please be sure to have full payment in place before making your final bid.

Deposit

Buyer must contact us within 24 hours of accepted offer, and make arrangements for payment at that time. A $500 deposit is due within 1 day of listing’s end to secure the vehicle.

Payment of Balance Due

The remainder is due (plus applicable fees and taxes) within 37 days. If no contact is made within 24 hours we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle or sell it otherwise. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle.

Additional Fees and Taxes

AllFlorida residents must pay applicable state and local tax, title and license fees. Out of state buyers are responsible for their own state taxes and fees. Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title/registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered.

Shipping

The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. We will assist the buyer with finding a shipping company. We assume no responsibility for damages incurred after leaving our premises. If the vehicle is going to be shipped, full payment must be received before the vehicle is delivered to the shipping company.

Buyer's Inspection

Every effort has been made to accurately and fairly describe this vehicle to you. PIONEER AUTOMOTIVE INC has tried to disclose all information known about this vehicle for auction. Please be advised that used vehicles will have typical scratches and dings inherent for their year and mechanical parts are subject to fail.

Warranty

This vehicle is being sold "as is". No representations or warranties are made by seller, nor are any representations or warranties relied upon by bidders in making bids.

Notice to Bidders

We reserve the right to cancel all bids and end the auction early should the vehicle no longer be available for sale. NOTE: All of our eBay inventory is available for sale at our dealership. We will end auctions early should a vehicle be sold at the dealership.

Placing a Bid

Bid Retractions

Bid retractions are not allowed nor will be recognized within 12 hours of auctions end. Seller will not be obligated to sell in the event of a late retraction. Please see eBay’s “Retracting a Bid”

Negative Feedback Bidders

We do not allow bidding from negative feedback bidders. New bidders with zero feedback rating should email us or call us prior to bidding.

Successful Bidder

The winning bidder will be contacted via email after the auction closes or he/she must contact PIONEER AUTOMOTIVE INC within 24 hours to proceed with payment and delivery arrangements.

Non-Paying Bidder

If the deposit is not received within 1 business day of the close of auction or if the balance is not paid in full within 3 days following the close of auction, we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle or sell the vehicle to the next highest bidder or another qualified buyer.
