NO EXCEPTIONS. For those of you not familiar with the crazy Derek Specials, i've been doing this for years and a lot of people absolutely love it. All the crazy Derek Specials start at $1 and never have a reserve. I lose on some and win on some. These are always sold as is and I will describe them the best I can. Along with my own evaluation, I also have a mechanic go over the vehicles. Not every scratch and dent can be noted, so please bare with me. I post Motorcycles, ATV's, PWC's, Scooters and snowmobiles. This Crazy Derek special is a 1981 Suzuki GS650 Katana, this bike would be perfect bike for someone that wants to ride but may need a little TLC before doing so or even not! This Suzuki has close to brand new tires with the front tire still having the knobs. It's starts right up, without even using the choke. All five gears feel really good shifting and rides and feels very smooth. The yellow paint still has a great look and shine. This has two keys that will come with this old gem. Has a nice big size cargo rack on the back. This is mechanically inclined and the front and rear breaks work great. Idle sounds normal along with the engine. The front light works just fine and along with the on and off switch. All blinkers are in perfect working order. Can't find much wrong with this bike other then it needs a new owner. This will have good tabs till Feb 2014 for Minnesota. The only small issue that I could find was the horn did not work, which could just be a fuse or may just need a new horn and along with some normal wear for the year, like the rear seat. This GS650 has 674cc and could be your's real soon as it's starting for $1 with No reserve! So good luck bidding because this one will find a new home soon!
