California title is clear, with no fees or back registration due. Car is on non-operable status with DMV at this time. Title will be signed over to buyer at time of purchase. On Jul-01-13 at 18:14:31 PDT, seller added the following information: 7/1/2013 UPDATE Actual milage on vehicle appears to be 38,148 not 138,000, as is stated in description.
