Up for auction is my beloved 1976 Water Buffalo, Suzuki GT750A LeMans. I am only selling due to health reasons, as I love riding this great bike and it looks like I won't be riding any more after an upcoming surgery. Ridden often, at least weekly, always stored indoors & kept on a battery maintainer. New Dunlop tires, F24 front & K70 rear - less than 50 miles on the pair. I replaced the sprockets and chain last summer, stock gearing. New brake pads and shoes also last summer. I took the tank to a local body shop for painting and they bulged it out by pressurizing it with air. So they had to get a replacement - ended up being a NOS tank for $650! So this NOS tank has only been on the bike for 1 year & has only had premium non-ethanol gas in it, no rust. Everything works, all lights, turn signals, brake lights, speedo, tach, trip odometer, gear indicator, headlight. When I got the bike it didn't have a horn, so the horns on the bike are non stock dual tone Maserati horns that are LOUD, not your typical anemic motorcycle beeper. Exhaust pipes are in good condition, no holes or rusted out areas. I pulled the baffles out, cleaned and repacked them in summer 2011. Spring of 2012 I took the bike to HVC Cycle in Lincoln, NE. They cleaned the carbs, installed new coils, plugs, & plug wires, points & condensers, and gave the bike a thorough going over. Great shop specializing in two strokes. I have a clear Oregon title in my name. Included with the bike will be a factory service manual, a factory parts manual, & an owners manual. Seat is in good condition, no rips or tears. This is not a show quality bike, but it is in very good condition for it's age (the guys @ HVC were very impressed with the overall condition) with only the horns and luggage rack being non-stock items. The mechanical condition is very good, no known problems, always starts right up and has always run without flaw. It has never let me down - I wouldn't hesitate to take off and ride it anywhere.
