For auction: 2007 Ford Explorer Sport Trac with only 58,752 miles. This truck does have a salvage title from previous front-end wreck. I purchased the Sport Trac wrecked and had it repaired by a reputable local shop. It had 42,000 miles when purchased. There were no body panels painted except the front bumper cover. It required a new radiator support and radiator/condensor. The front frame was straightened and it drives great with no abnormal tire wear. I really enjoyed it but I just bought an '11 Ford F150 because I wanted a bigger truck. This Ford Sport Trac Limited has the 4.6L V8 engine and six-speed automatic transmission with the Sync stereo system. It is 4-wheel drive with two-tone leather interior. The air bag light is still on due to the collapsable column mechanism sensor. The mechanical part of the column has been repaired and is completely safe, but the sensor has not been repaired. I spent the last couple years looking for a used column, but never found one to replace it. The column is $400-$600 from the dealer depending on your discount with Ford. Both air bags and the seat belts were replaced with new Ford parts. I usually buy one or two salvage vehicles a year and have them repaired because a person can own them at a substantially lower price. The minimum bid (with no reserve) is reflected in this truck's low starting bid. Truck is for sale locally and I reserve the right to end auction early if sold outside ebay.
