I'm re-listing a 1974 AMC HORNET with new information, after the second owner contacted me and told me the story of this beautiful car, I'm the third owner. This car is one of the last 126 cars that received the very desirable 360 CID ENGINE. The car is in a very good original and well kept condition, it shows some minor surface rust in both of the rear quarter panels and a quarter size on passenger door, the rest of the car is in great shape and rust free, the odometer shows 34,256 miles that are accurate, the engine has less than a 1000 miles since a complete professional rebuild, everything inside and outside the engine is new, it has a new Edelbrock intake manifold mated to a brand new 4 barrel high performance Holley carburetor, new aluminum valve covers, new headers, new complete A/C system, etc, etc. THIS CAR IS VERY FAST!!!The suspension has been completely rebuilt with new bushings, balljoints and new shocks all around, the front end and steering system has been completely redone, everything there is new, from tie rods, to pitman and idler arm, all the sway bar bushings and links also new, new front brake rotors with new pads and rear drums, new tires are mounted on a very clean magnesium wheels.The interior shows very good, is clean with no rips or cracks on the seats, the dashboard does not shows any cracks either, the carpet shows very little use.The car is an excellent driver as is or it can use some TLC with a good paint job, to correct all the little blemishes and imperfections that it has and then it will be a great show car.
