Bought the car three years ago. I put new tires, brakes, muffler, hydraulics for top, new distributor, spark plugs and wires, and some small things. The car runs very well, shifts well, and drives perfect. The upholstery is perfect and carpet is perfect. Paint is in very good condition. It was repainted only one time and has only a few chips and very small holes from parade skirt snaps that I removed. The fuel gauge does not work. There are several small holes left over from the vinyl skirt that was used for the parades around the perimeter of the car just below the window line. The power windows work with some assistance by hand. The soft top has a small hole in drivers side rear, although is is in good condition.The top works and goes up and down with good motor and hydraulics. I put all new speakers in and a new radio in the glove box. Miles are original and the car is from Chicago and was used in the last 25 years as a parade car. There is NO rust on the car. The frame is solid and rust free as well as wheel wells, door panels, gas tank, trunk, etc...The car has never been injured or repaired for damage. I as well have used it in the local parades for the past three years. Looks! Drives great! I have used it just as a fun car for my kids on Sunday for ice cream, parades, or a sunny day drive. Time to sell some toys, as I am out of room. Call me with any questions. Book value in good condition is 15,900 Come close and we have a deal. I have not had the top up in three years so after putting it up today I see there is another hole in the cloth top on the passenger side rear. Both holes can be repaired easily.
