This is a reserve auction for a 1973 Volkswagen Bus with Westy interior. The exterior of the bus was recently repainted in its original colors of Ceylon beige and Pastel white. The body of the bus is in good shape and has no rust issues except for some bubbling paint on the right rear wheel well. The front windshield has been replaced. It has received new windshield rubber along with the rear windshield. The sunroof has been resealed and doesn't leak. The interior of the bus is in great shape. The driver seat has been recently recovered. The carpet is new. There are also new coco mats for the driver's and passenger's seats. The gauges, headlights, and rear lights all work (except for the left rear tail light, which probably just needs a new bulb). The interior is comfortable and looks great. The bus has also received a new Hirschmann Radio that looks as if it's from the 50's and 60's and is capable of playing audio from an iPod or MP3. The bus has also received 5 new tires. The clutch works well and the bus shifts fine, although getting into reverse is sometimes tricky. The car lived in Las Vegas, Nevada for its first 30 years and is very clean and dry.
