2005 VW Jetta TDI 5 speed manual, 1.9 4 cyl turbo diesel intercooled PD injection system approx 100hp and 180 torque: 136k miles.Build 04/05 sold late 2005, referred as 2005.5 New Jetta or 2006 Jetta year model. Fuel Economy: 35-50mpg; avg city 35-38mpg, hwy 40-45-50 depending on the speed and load. This model has longer transmission gears. Equipment: Cold weather package with heated front seats, mirrors and windshield washers; Dual Left+Right electronic climate control system, 6CD MP3 Player, power windows, locks, mirrors, driver seat; rain sensor for wiper speed; auto lights system; Trip computer with Multifunction Display; 4 wheel disck independent suspension w ABS and traction control ESP, Tinted windows about 35%. Service: @106k miles New Timing belt kit with water pump, New Camshaft kit w bearings and black lifters, New Valeo Clutch Kit w single mass Flywheel; recently replaced oils, fluids and filters, cleaned top intake, EGR valve and intake flap. This service easily tops $3,000. Must have on any Jetta TDI PD over 100k miles. Check on TDIclub for horror stories about not having this service done on time. Condition: clean inside and outside, southern car no rust, engine starts quick and runs smooth, transmission shifts tight and easy, paint is glossy, everything works, no Faults or DTC's, tires have approx 60% front 75% rear tread, break pads about 70%, no major issues. Normal wear all around the car expected for this age and miles: few dings and scratches, some tire noise, one crack of 1/2 inch on the drives seat, some painted buttons have bubbled up, 2 dents and some scratches on top of the trunk lid due to a bike rack previous owner had installed. Just installed New Windshield and New redone headliner. Car looks great and drives great otherwise. For Sale by dealer: Land Auto Pro. I'm a licensed dealer and rebuilder in the state of GA. I work on VWs and Audis mostly and do both mechanical repairs and body work at my shop. I bought this car 2 years ago from an insurance company in FL. Car had very little damage and I have plenty of pics showing the car as I bought it. Front bumper was damaged cosmetically including the grill and radiator support all of which are plastics. I recuperated the front bumper bought a new grill and radiator support. There was no frame damage; everything else on the car looks original no sign of prev body work or repaint. I sold the car back then to a friend of mine that moved to FL and now he traded this one in for a newer car. I have the title on hand FL rebuild, No Liens. I have been driving the car myself for more than 1,000 miles and it's great. Runs smooth and gets really good fuel economy: 43mpg avg daily . Has plenty of power to move around easy, has lots of options and looks clean in and out. I am a mechanic so I did the service myself on this car and have been driving it daily to make sure everything is in order. For out of state customers I can pick up at the Atlanta Airport: ATL. Georgia customers are required to pay 6.5% TAVT for the book value of the vehicle, check with your local dmv.
