I am selling a Boss Maroon Metallic 1974 Honda CB 550 K K0 FOUR CB550. This bike is collector quality. This is the first year for the 550 Four. With only 4,937 miles the machine runs perfect and everything works. The bike was bought from a collector and wasn’t used much; it has been serviced and is ready to go. Please read the entire ad before bidding. ENGINE: Everything works on this bike and it runs perfectly. The carburetors were ultrasonically cleaned, rebuilt with new parts and synchronized. New Battery, oil and filter just changed, new points and condensers, new ignition coils, new spark plugs and new Honda air filter. The battery stays on a tender when not in use. NEW OEM exhaust on this bike, it is absolutely beautiful and in perfect condition. This bike was inspected and serviced by a Honda factory certified technician. With the stock exhaust and stock air box, no one has messed around with this one. BODY: This bike is absolutely beautiful and is as good as it gets. The previous owner had the gas tank and side covers professionally painted and the end result is superb. Everything was done Honda factory correct. There are absolutely no blemishes or questionable areas in the paint. The previous owner wanted this bike perfect and it shows. The inside of the gas tank is perfect. The chrome is in excellent condition. The seat is perfect and it even still has the leather insert under the owner’s manual door. Please inspect all pictures for condition. I added plenty of pictures that show everything. CHASSIS: The bike rides very nice. Tires were replaced recently. The suspension and brakes are in perfect working order. This is a very clean bike.
