19?? willys jeep -plate on firewall shows delivery date 4-21-1945 -4 cylinder flat head engine , 3 speed manual, 4wd, lock out hubs,plate shows unloaded weight 2415 , gross weight 3250. Has had recent brakes installed, 4wd works well, starts and runs smooth, solid floor pans and body, southern truck. The front fenders appear to be from a 1952. Will assist with loading if shipped. BILL OF SALE ONLY - I am selling this for a friend, he can be reached at 479-967-1050 between 9:00 AM and 4:00AM Central time. This is an excellent candidate for a restoration.Running gear and body are solid. Located in Arkansas - AGAIN -BILL OF SALE ONLY -ebay made me "fill the box" on title - on a vehicle this age you can tag from bill of sale only. Note -the speedomoter does not work -mileage is NOT accurate - I strongly encourage you to view this in person ,it cranks right up,doesnt smoke, and the 4wd works well. Any questions please ask,vehicle sold as is. NOTE -I HAVE HAD TWO "GENTLEMEN" message me and advise me that this is NOT a 1945. The plate on the firewall shows a delivery date of 04/21/1945 -going by this as original to the body. If you have HELPFUL information as how to determine the year, please post or better yet call the owner of this and talk to him in person. If this is really not a 1945 , I want to change it to the correct year before I get any bids on it.-- I have been advised it is possibly a 50 something M38-1 jeep -and the plate was for a lost title. Again -check out the pictures and make sure iit is something you want. I can verify that it starts and runs well, didnt see a smoke and the 4wd works well. Also the rust is minimal.
