I bought this VW bus because I had a couple of them in the early 70's and I had a lot of fun with them. This one is a 12 volt 4 speed, the clutch dos'ent slip and all the gears work including reverse. Needless to say it needs a lot of body work. It sat outside from 1987. The wiring needs attention, all the accessories have been disconnected because of a minor short circuit. I just disconnect the battery after each use. The only thing thats not original is the rear bumper. The reason I'm selling it is that I'm just too old to work on it. If you want an oldVW to devote a lot of spare time on then this bus is for you.
