1990 Jeep Grand Wagoneer: 1990 Jeep Grand Wagoneer for sale in excellent condition. This is an ALL ORIGINAL survivor. This jeep has 49,874 documented actual miles. The gentleman I purchased this from was thinning his collection and said he just did not have the time to drive his Wagoneer. These vehicles are becoming highly collectible and can sell for as much as $50,000.00 in similar condition. Some Wagoneer History: The Jeep Wagoneer was the first luxury 4x4, sold and produced from 1963 to 1991. A "sport utility vehicle" (SUV) for decades before the term was even coined, the 4WD Wagoneer saw only minor mechanical changes during its 28-year plus production run, the third longest in US automotive history. The Wagoneer pioneered the sport utility vehicle marketplace, the most car-like 4x4 in spite of its massive boxy shape. Compared with offerings from International Harvester and Land Rover — which were producing utilitarian work-oriented vehicles with spartan truck-like interiors — the Wagoneer's luxury set it apart. The powerful V8 engine and high towing capacity made the Grand Wagoneer popular among its many repeat buyers, and as of 1991, it was the longest domestically produced vehicle (29 years) on the same platform. The 1987-1991 models years are considered the best of the breed and still have a loyal following among a select group. During my search for what became this Wagoneer, I often came across some vehicles with beautiful exteriors only to be disappointed by the poorly worn interior. The interior of this Wagoneer is not to be believed given its age. All seats, door panels, carpet and floor mats are in “like new” condition. The pictures do not do them justice. Recent maintenance performed: · Full engine tune-up with new cap, wires, rotor, & plugs · Transmission tune up · New radiator and hoses · New heater hoses · New thermostat and bypass hose · Complete lube, oil, and filter · Original wheels refinished & new lug nuts · Full professional fluid & filter service, including coolant & transmission · New belts & hoses · New fuel filter · Charge AC system · New hood insulation · Lube all windows & locks · Replace vacuum lines · New wiper blades · Professionally detailed inside and out, washed and hand waxed All of the above said, the vehicle is not perfect and does show some wear. There are some chips and scratches in the paint. The undercarriage does show some surface rust which is not surprising for a vehicle of this vintage. I’ve tried to show some of the flaws in my pictures. The radio works but you cannot see what station you are tuned to. Also, one of the rear speakers is not working. There is a small leak in the rear window but I only noticed this when I left the truck out overnight in a pretty significant rain storm. The same area did not leak while driving in the rain. Likely needs a new rear window seal (it is 23 years old). Vehicle is being sold “AS IS” and no warranty is offered or implied. I am selling due to the purchase of another vehicle and I do not have any more room in my shop. I am listing this as a NO RESERVE auction as I no longer have room for all of my vehicles and I do not like to store any of them outdoors. Someone will win this Jeep! I have clear PA title.
