i am selling a 1962 ford anglia 2dr estate car in lhd us spec form. this a very rare model in the united states , the car was sold new locally in the san fransisco bay area & has never strayed within more than 40 miles from where it was purchased. i am the third owner, the previous owner is a british car enthusiast owning several other british fords, he had the car for almost 15yrs & kept a log of service history repairs & updates, these upgrades include a 1600gt engine/4spd corsair all synco gearbox, capri front disc brakes, custom built header, you wont find any rust in the car, body is straight it has been painted once a long time ago & starting to show its age in places, interior is very nice except for some wear in the h/liner at the rear,cargo area, original jack & spare wheel are in place, this a turnkey daily driver that gets great gas mileage, lots of thumbs up & the frequently asked what make of car is that, i grew up in england & an addicted car guy i had seen this car driving locally for over 20yrs, when it came up for sale i had to have it, but the truth is i dont really need it my wife has absolutely no interest in driving it , its a shame to have it just sitting around so i,ve decided to see if there are any other car nuts out there that cant resist orphan makes , please ask questions before you bid ,i can be reached at 415-517-5754 , can arrange shipping from oakland to just about anywhere in the world at buyers expense thanks for looking
