Hello! I have a 2000 Red Ford Focus ZX3 for sale AS-IS for PARTS or REPAIR. Perfect for a Mechanic or owner of a 1st Generation Focus that needs some parts! It has 155021 miles and it's a Manual Transmission. I would be the 3rd owner of the car while the 2nd is which I bought the car locally from and the original owner bought the car from new @ the Portsmouth, New Hampshire Ford Dealership back at 2000. Since buying the car back in July of 2012, I put on just under 10,000 as it was my daily driver for work and free time. At approx. 3000 miles, I always get an oil change except for recently when I got the oil change at a Ford Dealership in my area after about 3600 miles. I also filled the tires to 38PSi every month. I can recite to you all the work I did on the car from my ownership and I have all of the receipts from maintenance and repairs. It was really reliable and only made me call out 3 times from work out of the whole year! I'm trying to sell the car ASAP because I need the money to put towards another car for tires and have to get back on the road before a certain day. As it was my first car, I bought it straight out and since owning it, I was a little obsessed with taking care of it by all means. Lemme list the Goods, Bads, and Uglys about this car... Goods Power Locks, Anti-Theft System, Leather Steering Wheel, 5 Speed, No Check Engine Light!, Remote Key Entry, New Brakes, New Snow Tires, New Heater Blower Motor + Resistor, New Windshield Wipers, New Car Air Freshener (Thought I'll get blue instead of the red that came with the car), New Battery, Tune Up, New Ignition Coil, Recent Oil Change/ filter; Good till July, Car Inspection, Good Till January 2014, Wiper Fluid Filled, & Lightly used Air Compressor (If you want WITH the car for free) Bads About 4 Small Dings around side of car (Largest about width of a pinky), Front Bumper Cracked and repaired by previous owner (explains the black line in front), Cigarette sized hole in driver's seat. (I don't smoke, as it was there since I bought it) Broken Handle on driver's side., (you can still function the movement of the seat without a problem) Scratches and scuffs on corner of Rear Bumper and Front (I did the rear bumper by accident), Front Left Hubcap cover of wheel missing (thanks a lot SEARS) Seal cracked on front windshield (the black part on the side of the windshield, BMW has this problem as well with their cars), Quarter sized chipped paint on front of the hood. Skipping of Front Windshield Wipers weeks after installation (Told because of the dry rubber, Dealership quoted me for 27, but I still have the original receipt for the wipers which you can have exchanged at Advanced Auto for free, Good till Mid June) Uglys Rear Clip on driver's side snapped and rotted away (its up to you if you want to replace ALL the control arms, or just that area of the car, the choice is yours, mechanics are welcome to their opinions and speculations) Shell of strut in THAT area has been nicked by the inside of tire (Told by Ford mechanic that the tire and strut are still good) Factory Radio cuts off 15% of the time (This is UGLY to me since I like my music)(Not a wiring problem but Ford's anti-theft clip, more on that later, I have an aftermarket radio for extra if you want; Pioneer X6500BT w/o the mic) Please plan accordingly on how you wish to get the car off the driveway. I'm NOT HELD ACCOUNTABLE for your decision if you wish to drive it away or not since it's unsafe to drive. I had it towed to my house for safety reasons but I paid only 75 for the car to be towed from the Ford Dealership (Ray Price if you're wondering). I've keep record of ALL the maintenance I had done with the car and I have the original Owner's Manual and 2 sets of keys. Clean title. You are responsible for Bill Of Sale Tax and Local Tags, Title Fees and other fees that apply when changing over ownership.
