THIS VEHICLE IS LOCATED IN KENTUCKY. PLEASE CONSIDER THIS BEFORE BIDDING. DESCRIPTION: You are bidding on one previously owned 2007 Dodge Magnum. This Magnum was owned and turned in to us by the Kentucky State Police. This is now considered Kentucky State Government Surplus Property. They have asked us to sell it for them on EBAY. VIN: 2D4GV47V97H818828 GENERAL: This Dodge Magnum was used by the Kentucky State Police as a K-9 Unit. Inside the vehicle the front seat area is all intact except for the center console. Just behind the front seats the interior has been pretty much stripped out. There are a couple of brackets just inside the rear doors that still remain and that used to be part of the dog-cage that was in this car. There are NO rear seats, interior door panels on the rear doors. The headliner has a few scratches and some holes in it. There are some small screw holes and a couple of wires sticking out that have been cut off in the headliner between the front seats. It appears that is where one of those ‘police’ interior lights used to be mounted. This Magnum is Silver with Dark Tinted windows all around (except for the windshield). I know that the front doors, the driver’s door and the front passenger’s front door, are excessively tinted for the State of Kentucky laws. This Dodge has 127, 620 miles on it. It is powered by the 3.5 Liter V-6 Gasoline engine. It is sitting on Good Year Eagles that are in good shape and are P225/60R18 in size. This car has had to be jumped, so it may need a different battery or other work done to insure that it starts every time. It could be that we just have not driven it enough lately to keep the battery up. We do not know. This car drives great. It runs very well. It handles great and the transmission shifts smoothly through all gears. The Air Conditioner works very well. It feels solid and corners fine. This Magnum is has a very responsive feel to it, handling wise. HOWEVER, IT WAS USED A CANINE VEHILE AND IT MAY STILL SMELL MUSTY OR DOG-LIKE INSIDE OF THIS VEHICLE. YOU MAY ALSO STILL FIND RESIDUAL DOG HAIR IN IT. DRIVER’S SIDE: Front Fender: It has several chips in the paint. Driver’s Door: It has several chips in the paint and has 2-3 light scratches. Rear Door: It has several scratches and a few chips in the paint. Rear Quarter Panel: There are several scratches on this quarter panel. Just forward of the wheel well opening, there is a large spot that has no paint on it and it is approximately 1-1/2” x 2-1/2” and this spot is also a shallow dent. REAR END: Bumper: It has several scratches and a few chips in the paint. Most of these scratches are on the top side of the bumper under the lift gate, possibly done while loading or unloading things into or out of rear cargo area. There is a spot of paint missing from the bumper on the driver’s side as it wraps around and it is just under the tail light assembly. Lift Gate: The glass or window does not open separately from the rest of the lift gate. The wiper arm is missing from the wiper motor on rear gate. There are a couple of small chips in the paint. PASSENGER’S SIDE: Rear Quarter Panel: It has to be the best panel on the vehicle as I can’t say anything about it except that it looks to be in good condition. Rear Door: It has 1-2 small chips in the paint and a scuff mark on the body molding in the center of the door. Front Door: There are 4-6 small or light scratches on the “A” Pillar but the door itself looks to be in good condition. Front Fender: Just behind the headlight and near the wheel well opening are 8-10 scratches. Some scratches are much heavier scratches than other ones. There are also 3-4 small dents in that same area. In these dents, some paint is missing and now some surface rust is present. FRONT END: Bumper: It has several chips in the paint. No broken pieces are visible. On the passenger side at the front fender there are 4-5 scratches. Grille: It has several chips in the paint. The headlights have clouded or fogged over. They Do Not appear to have any moisture in them. Hood: There are several light scratches. There are 1-2 chips in the paint. ROOF: There are several scratches over the driver’s side between the front and rear seating area. The roof has 6-holes in it near the back where the KSP had their two way radio antenna mounted. These holes have all been plugged with rubber grommets. WHEELS: All four wheels appear to be in pretty good shape. There are NO center caps on any wheel. The wheels are steel spoke wheels and painted black. The tires have a lot of life left in them. INTERIOR: It is Black and dark Gray. The y seats are Black fabric and are a little dirty. They may even have a stain in them if it doesn’t clean up. The center console is missing and under where it used to be the carpet has a little piece missing and you can see metal floor board or metal “transmission tunnel” actually. The driver’s side has no door sill in either door. Remember that there is NOT much interior behind the front seats. Please refer to the section that is marked “GENERAL” just above. Passenger side air vent in dash has a couple of ‘adjusting’ slats bent and or broken. Police Spot-Light in driver’s Side “A” Pillar is there but it does not work. There is Black carpet in the front. This Magnum also has AM/FM/CD Air Conditioning and heat. It has Power: Windows, Door Locks and external mirrors. There is a mirror on each sun visor. It has Tilt Steering wheel and Cruise Control too. I had this vehicle running while these pictures were taken. Please note that it is entirely possible that we missed something or failed to see it or failed to mention something about this vehicle. We have made an honest effort to try to give you an accurate and detailed description of this vehicle as best as we possibly can. Still sometimes we miss things.
