Some other sellers seem to be misusing this term and may have questionable accuracy in their listing. The image added is from the 2006 Dodge Charger brochure and shows how this trim is distinguished from the base R/T model. It is not just a catch phrase for marketing purposes; there are some significant upgrades to the equipment. The quick telltale sign is to look at the seats - the package will have Dark Gray performance seats with suede inserts, not Light Gray plain seats.
