You are looking at a 2005 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 Crew Cab LS Shortbed 4x4. It is powered with a 5.3L Vortec V8 and automatic transmission. It is equipped with a power driver's seat, power mirrors, power windows, power locks, spray-in bedliner, and receiver hitch. Also included is one keyless remote. Add on features include a solid axle conversion, 20 XD wheels, and a few other extras.
The interior of this truck is in great shape. The seats are in overall great shape. The carpet is in great shape, (one or two normal spots). It even has a nice natural smell.
The exterior of the truck is in average shape. This truck has been in a previous collision and has been repaired. It has a few dings, scratches, and paint chips here and there. The windshield is in good shape.
Mechanically, this truck starts up and runs great. (The engine light is on because of the aftermarket exhaust having no O2 sensors). The brake light is on because of the solid axle conversion. The transmission shifts smooth. The a/c blows ice cold. The front end is very loose and needs a good amount of front end work. The tires are weak and need replacement.
Note: This truck will need a transfer case and front driveshaft to make it a 4x4. It may also need a few other components. Expect to buy a project truck that runs good, but will need a good bit of work for completion.Also the frame needs to be welded in the front to reinforce the front modifications. The steering is very light and I would deem it unsafe until the repairs are made!
