Vehicle Detail

1965 Ford Mustang Factory 4 Barrel Carb No Reserve Pricing. Great Parts Car Up for Auction is a 1965 Ford Mustang Coupe. The car is in rough shape but the motor and transmission are good. I purchased this car for a parts car to restore my 1965 Mustang Fastback. I have only used the gas tank, drive shaft and crank pulley. Yes the car ran when I purchased it. Car has valid title if you wish to restore. There are hundreds of dollars of vintage parts on the car. The cylinder heads alone will sell for $300, the 4bbl intake $250, Autolite Carb $200, 3 speed Top Loader trans $300, Glass $400, etc..plus tons of vintage stainless steel trim. You will need to tow (flatbed) this vehical as the tires are flat and beyond holding air. I can turn the motor over by hand grabbing the crank balancer and it has antifreeze in the block. I'm out of room and need to get rid of this as I have too many other projects, (1965 Econoline, 1973 Torino, 1965 Mustang) otherwise I would part the car out piece by piece. Buyer will make 10 times the money paid by simply parting out this car. Thanks for looking and please ask any questions. On Apr-08-13 at 14:52:07 PDT, seller added the following information: Car has extensive rust on frame rails and trunk. I've seen worst restored. Yes car has 5 lug wheels. On Apr-12-13 at 14:41:41 PDT, seller added the following information: New information on originality. Carb and Manifold are factory items but unknown of year and original application. My guess is 1966. Carb is an Autolite 4100 Tag # C6AFL large bore, 600 CFM with 1.12 throttle plates. Also motor had to have been changed. I am trying to find a casting code. Right now I am guessing it is a 1966 block. VIN states car was an original 6 cylinder. I purchased the car as is in 1995 with the buyer stating it was original. My appologies.
