Warranty details: Factory & Maintenance Warranty through 7/17/13 (or 50,000 miles) and Certified Pre-Owned Warranty through 7/17/15 (or 100,000 miles). Black exterior. Black leatherette interior. Manual seats. I purchased the car from Braman BMW in Miami, FL in August of 2012 and I have had no issues whatsoever with the car. I will have the title in-hand.
