cr500 aluminum frame conversion just completed . not ridden since conversion. starting with a 2006 cr250r we installed a 1999 cr500r engine runs perfect .. installed new a factory oem standard bore cr500 piston and rings billet side covers ceramic coated pro-circuit pipe and silencer has new pirelli tires.all new factory oem plastic. and anything showing any wear has been replaced..i have done 20+ of these have been fabricating for 35+ years..has a gold chain , updated 2012 front fender and number plate. race tech suspension done by esp. to veiw call 714 624 6078 Don
