For sale is a 1969-70 Suzuki T500 racer. When I purchased the bike years ago it was being raced in the Ahrma series. Somehow my plans to "clean it up a bit" and enter vintage racing changed to a total restoration with many hours and dollars spent. Frame was cleaned-up by removing evidence of previously removed tubes and brackets considered ballast on a race bike. Frame, brackets, stand-offs, etc. are powder coated. Fresh engine build only has a few "break-in" laps on it, starts easily and runs very strong. Wiseco pistons, Swarbrick expansion chambers (ceramic coated) Motoplat ignition, Scitsu tachometer, Maxton shocks, steering damper, lots of spare parts...sprockets, chains, cylinder heads, etc. Bike is ready to race but belongs in a museum. Check the photographs closely...nothing to hide! This is a closed course race bike and is not titled. Seller will provide bill of sale.
