Vehicle Detail

You Tube video is ready http://youtu.be/yndGKHuumpc100% I have a 77 Trans Am, I have been building for myself for the last 2 years. I recently received overseas orders. I am testing the waters with my car. I am not prepared to take a big loss on the car. I already have plans to store it. I will sell it for the right price. Remember I was building this car to keep and drive myself so went much further then I anyone would have in a cleanup and paint flip. HAND PAINTED BIRD/ CUSTOM. The car has all new brakes, all new suspension parts. All tie rods and ball joints. Everything that moves, the motor is a rebuilt 400 Pontiac with #15 heads. It has studs instead of bolts. The Trans is a 350 turbo that has been rebuilt and completely gone through. NOTICE!!!! 5000 miles since motor rebuild, I have no idea how many miles the car has odometer reads 46,000. It has a huge aluminum radiator, and I upgraded to the Energy suspension. All new shocks and the towers have no rust. The car has Headman headers, and a full brand new exhaust through thrush mufflers. It has the original type quad tips. The Wheels are 17x9 from Year One they look awesome with 285/40/17 in the rear and 255/40/17 in the front. I was going to step up to 275/40/17 in the front. I have the metal caps (all 4) and the special lug nuts. I spent time and LOTS of money cutting out all the rust that was present at the time on this car. I removed the rear quarters completely new skins and inners on one side. The body works it awesome on this car. I painted the fenders inside and out while they were removed from the car for max rust protection. The car doesn't rattle. The Gold on this car is all paint; there are no stickers on this car. The body work was a huge expense on this car. The body was blocked 4 timed before it ever saw paint. They it was color sanded twice. They it was buffed. I cut out and repaired all rust. You will be hard pressed to find a Trans am nicer than this one. "Z" coded Trans Am. I always had plans for a LS motor here. I just replaced the rear main seal with a Viton seal. Motor was out and all lower seals have been replaced. The car was originally a red trans am with black interior. I painted it black. I removed its origional red paint. This is a super virgin car. The car was bought from Arizona. The front windshield is flush mounted with rubber gasket like a modern car. The front bumper also has an emblem delete. The heater unit in the engine bay has been deleted and body worked smooth. I have it setup to eventually use Vintage Air. The Seats are from a 2006 GTO and fit well, the power seats work. They look mean and are very comfortable. 100% leather seats, matching new leather wrapped steering wheel from Year One. I put in brand new carpet and a new one piece headliner from Year One as well. Car is registered and inspected; I drive it all the time. Clean Title in my name. The dash was perfect when I bought the car, but body guy pushed on the dash when windshield was out and put two small cracks in the dash. Easy fix but not repaired yet. Other than that the interior plastic is in really good shape the dash is not cut. I even have the 8 track face plate. This car sat in a barn for more than 10 year of its life waiting for someone to restore it before I bought it. Car looks good runs great; it's a fun car to drive. It gets all the looks. Like I said I don't have to sell it I am just trying it out. Car isn't perfect but it's a strong 8.8 out of 10 everywhere and you would have a hard time finding one that is this nice. I would rather someone be driving it around for the next 4 yrs instead of sitting in a storage locker. Bring cash IN PERSON or send someone to pick it up with CASH. No scams for me please. Things I didn't get around to finishing: -Interior door panels; I wanted the plastic one piece from year one. -wheel flares; I wanted the new bigger set from year one.-the shifter suround, I wanted to buy a new one so I got rid of my crappy old one. Lets bid to win! Assume the deposit is non-refundable. I found the build sheet!
