1981 honda 500 xls runs great only 5700 miles i used this bike for the last 8 years as my rafting shuttle.She runs awesome ,never failed me.Iam the third owner and have put the last 1300 miles on her.The spokes on the wheels still look new.The front tire is the factory one,but it does have cracks but does not leak.The rear is a knobby.The gas tank is super clean inside,outside has some scratches and nicks but not bad.rear shocks aren't blown and work well.The front forks are rust free,the right one weeps alittle oil,but not bad.front fender has a crack were it bolts too the triple clamp.Rear fender good,but has some scuffs.the battery in it is old.Everything works ecept the trip meter it is missing the knob that bring it too zero.right foot peg is bent a little and so is the front brake lever.The blinker,neutral,brights gauge ha a small chip missing about the size of a pencil eraser.The rear right blinker lense is cracked.There is some very small over spray on the seat.you have to look for it.clear oregon title.I'll miss this bike but got something lighter.I will bring this bike to a portland oregon shipper,but will not crate.
