I have a 1999 E350 15 passanger ext Van I bought from the VA in Albany NY. I put a new battery in it and put it up on Craig list locally in Syracuse NY. I had a guy call and prommmiss to buy it if it passed NY inspection so I took it to a shop and they charged me $800 to put a new starter,alternator,AC pump, belt, and brake lines. Then the guy could not raise the $ to buy it. So needless to say the van now runs very well and does not need anything but a new owner, IT has the 5.8L V8 and is Auto, it has front and rear heat and AC and they work very well, It is NY inspected so everything works and the Cooper tires are like new. The stickers on the sides can be removed if you want and there are only 2 rear seats in it, it is missing the front and back. Call me with any questions 315-729-3670
