I was surprised by how well it runs. The brakes work well. The ride and handling are very good for a truck this size. It’s quiet. It’s smooth. And being an Eddie Bauer edition…it has TONS of nice equipment on it. I wouldn’t be afraid of the mileage, either. That’s only 15,000 a year average – completely normal use for a vehicle these days, and 200k is becoming an easy mark to hit and pass. This truck’s 5.4 starts right up with no noises, no smoke, and we haven’t seen any drips under it at all. The transmission shifts nicely and without any clunking or jerking. The brakes work great. The drivers seat is comfortable, visibility is good, and most everything is in good working order. I found only two things that didn’t work like they should – the power mirrors don’t adjust like they should, I think something is wrong with the little joystick adjuster in the drivers door (but they DO move down like they should when you put it in reverse, so you can see the curb while you’re backing up), and the CD player shows “CD ERROR” any time you try to do anything with CD’s. But the radio works fine on FM and it says there’s an aux input somewhere so you should be able to add an iPod or satellite to it easily enough. Cosmetically…there’s some wear to the leather, but I didn’t find any cracks or rips or tears, just normal baseball-glove-style creases from normal use (mostly on the drivers seat). The glass looks good. The body looks good, with only a couple very minor rock chips, and only a couple little scratches here and there. That’s it. I didn’t see any rust, dents, or signs of paint work and the white paint has good shine to it. The tires look good. It has a WV inspection sticker on it good through this August, but we have not run it through MD inspection. If a Maryland buyer would like to bid, you’re welcome to, but our Buy It Now price does not include inspection fees so please keep that in mind. If the buyer lives in Maryland, they’ll be responsible for the winning bid amount, plus tax/tag/title fees, plus inspection fees (and any repairs that are needed to pass inspection, if there are any that it needs). Driving it? I’d be surprised if it needed much of anything. I don’t know how strict WV is with their inspections, but it really does run, stop, and turn nicely just like it should. I wouldn’t hesitate to hop in this one and drive it just about anywhere in the country I needed to go. This is a nice, clean truck with great options…somebody is going to get a NICE deal here!
