You are looking at a 1940 Ford Coupe. Frame has been gone threw and body is pretty much ready for restoration. It has some minor repairs to be done on fenders and around body, no rust to speak of. Paint is pretty much stripped down to metal and light coat of primer has been sprayed on parts of body to keep from rusting. Body over all is in real good shape and ready for restoring back to original, or making a very nice street rod out of it. Very little metal work to do on this car. Only parts that we are aware of missing are the engine, trans, interior windsheld garnishment and I think the bumpers are missing too. All parts have been removed from body and put in boxes, not sure what all is in the boxes, but assume all parts are there. Also has some new interior parts in boxes, like rubber mat and few other items, haven't looked threw all boxes to be sure what is there. All stainless trim seems to be with car. We got vin# off of frame, assume all tags are in boxes also, not sure of that though. I am listing this car for my brother, he has had it for several years. Car will have bill of sale only, it has never been titled as far as we know. This is a very nice 40 coupe, no reserve action, highest bidder gets it. No waranties implied or expressed, sold as is where is. Feel free to ask any questions, I will try and get back to as soon as possible. Any bidder is welcome to come and look at car while auction active at its location. Is listed with clear title, would not let me enter any other way, I repeat, car will be sold with bill of sale only, no title. $500 deposite due with in 48 hours of auction end, balance due by certified check or cash if picking up car in person, unless other arrangments made. Shipping and or pick up is the responsablity of buyer, and car must be picked up within two weeks, unless other arrangements made with seller.
