I am re-Listing Due to A non Paying buyer. So please read payment description in full. This is a 1984 Honda Interceptor I purchased with the intent to do a custom street bike but decided against it. Just to complete to go through with it. So I serviced the bike and Now am ready to sell. This is my third Interceptor and I worked as a certified tech at a Honda dealership during these bikes time. Just love them. Has a clean title from previous owner in Minnesota, the gentleman from which I purchased it from. I have changed all the fluids, Except the forks. Both brakes, Clutch, and coolant. 0 miles on oil and filter change. I did manage to put about 40 miles on the bike before winter hit us and this bike runs great. Shifts smooth and brakes as it should. Mechanically, I feel this bike was well taken care of. I made a modified shift lever for my other project bike (Rothmans copy ) and put one on this bike. Have an original as well, but this one works awesome. Did not get to service the forks, but noticed no leaking. Tires are very good and have plenty of life. No rips or holes in seat except a little wear on the front edges, not noticeable on bike. I did do some body work on the rear cowl and front fairing. This old plastic gets brittle and plasticweld is a good tool for the tool box. Overall good basic condition, 2 Dents on left side if tank, very common on these bikes. Small dent on left side. Paint faded on tank surface but inside clean. Clean exhaust, no holes. Nice fun fast, Quiet, reliable bike. My personal favorite as I stand only 5'6". My vf700f tends to work me as this bike I can work it. Bike needs nothing but a new home. Pick up only, or you can arrange to have picked up. 23,863 Miles.
