A beautiful 1935 Chevrolet Coupe that runs and looks great. These beauties are getting harder and harder to find.
Exterior
The exterior of this Coupe is very straight. The all steel body is rust free and very solid. The paint presents very well but does have a couple of blemishes that are pictured. The glass is in good shape and does not have any cracks or chips although the vent wing glass does look to have some delamination around the perimeter. The drivers side running board pad had a piece missing as you can see in the pictures as well. The chrome bumpers are in good shape and do not have any peeling or flaking. The grill is complete and in very good condition.
Interior
The interior of this Chevrolet is in great shape. The cloth upholstery is clean and intact. The headliner and door panels are in the same great condition. The floor has a rubber floor mat that covers the entire floor.
Mechanical
This Coupe has been well taken care of. The engine runs well and is very quiet. The transmission shifts as it should and drives nicely down the road. The doors open and close solidly and the windows operate nicely along with the vent wing windows. The Firestone 5.25-5.50-17 tires are in great shape and with the amount of tread that is left on them appear to almost be new.
Overview
This Coupe was well taken care of and owned by a mechanic at a very reputable automotive shop in the Sacramento area. The coupe shows well and so far has been a big hit here at the museum.
