This is a one owner vehicle. It was purchased from a local dealer in January, 1996 and has never been involved in an accident. This vehicle is being sold as-is/where-is with no warranty. The following description is based on the owner's knowledge of the vehicle condition. It has all the standard equipment common to the Park Avenue plus the leather seats and the "Prestige Package" which includes dual zone A/C, keyless entry, electric heated mirrors, power seats with memory feature, remote trunk release and a number of other bells and whistles. Remarkably, all this stuff is still working...as far as we can tell. The engine and transmission are original to the vehicle. This car needs engine work. Due to the mileage our local mechanics recommend an engine replacement. The engine was running normally until an internal coolant leak developed. The local mechanics think the problem may be a gasket problem, but the estimated cost of repair was almost as much as an engine replacement. The transmission was still working normally at the time this occurred. The power accessories are still working. A couple of the window switches on the driver's arm rest are starting to show their age, although they are still working, but should be replaced. The A/C still works but doesn't cool quite as well as it did originally. From the photos you can see the interior and exterior are fairly good for a 17 year old car. It has a few nicks and scratches on the exterior as well as some worn spots in the interior. The struts have been recently replaced and are good on all 4 corners. There is still a lot of wear left on the tires. The brakes are also in good condition. The car passed a state emission test last August. The radiator has been replaced with an original equipment replacement. Our local shop has replaced several sensors and other emission related parts during recent years. In summary, this has been a very reliable vehicle. It is located in Coweta County, Georgia, near Newnan. You will need a dolly and tow vehicle to haul it as it cannot be driven until the engine is either repaired or replaced. We require a deposit of $250, preferably by PayPal within 72 hours of auction close. Full payment of the balance is required within 7 days of auction close or vehicle pickup, whichever occurs first. We hold a clear title which will be signed over on receipt of full payment and pickup of vehicle.
