I have a 1988 Caprice 9c1 that has about 83,000 original miles on it, smooth running 5.7 L with a nicely shifting 700R4, original paint, wheels, new tires, new shocks, very nice and comfortable interior, ex undercover car....all accessories work including the AC, heater, wipers, all lights, power windows, tilt wheel, cruise control...even has the red lights still in the grill...I was going to use it as a donor car for a future kaiser project but I have to get rid of some of my toys....thank you for looking and let me know if you have any questions.
