This is an 87 Toyota Corolla FX-16. These are perfect cars to turn into rally racers for not a lot of money. This one just blew it's head gasket today. Sudden white smoke/steam billowing out tailpipe. Lifting the hood I found water/steam coming from the exhaust manifold gasket. Yesterday it ran great, fast and smooth. Has an Auto transmission that shifts well. I just can't afford to fix it so I'm selling it as is. Has very clean interior, nice headliner, no real damage to anything (heater control panel is a little loose and only HIGH fan speed) Body is very straight and no rust (only has the one small dent pictured) 4 wheel disc brakes (recently replaced) Factory strut tower supports Two new studded tires Timing belt, water pump, and tune was done a year ago. This is a rare car. Don't find too many of these around in this nice of condition. If you are thinking about building a race car this is a perfect candidate to start with.
