Found at an estate sale from the original owner a truly very cool find. Still runs and drives great, Typical Honda even though it is 50 years old. Unrestored original bike. Remember they are only original once. Showing 50 year old patina you would expect, a great collector’s item. A small crack in front lower fender, small crack at leg shield. I rechromed the rear rack that came on the bike just because I was getting some other work done for another bike. Original tool kit. Comes with new battery. Bike will get 100 plus miles to the gallon at 30 mph. Carb did get a rebuild kit and clean out. Showing about 2300 miles. Paper work includes clear Illinois title,Copy of Honda Motor Corp MSO to Dealership, and a copy of the Dealer purchase order by the original owner dated December 3, 1962, Very Cool. This is the top selling bike of all time, own yourself a piece of history. Remember "You meet the nicest people on a Honda" Over all condition falls between good to very good. Chrome on the shocks showing the worst pitting. Very light pitting on the spokes and rims. Same with the rest of the hardware. Exhaust pipe in great shape considering its 50 years old. Near the battery area the factory paint met the demise of the battery acid, no frame damage So I cleaned it up, and primed surface. This cannot be seen with the side cover on. (Some battery “tenders” say they shut off to maintain, some don’t, just saying). All lights work. This bike is too nice to part out. This little gem gets a lot of attention at the car and bike shows because everyone one had one, so did I, back then. So I have enjoyed it and it is time to let someone do the same.
