It has 10 way adjustable power front seats that are heated as well ( Nice feature). It has the rare fold down rear seat for that extra room to get your skis, snow or surf boards inside. It has memory front seats for up to three drivers. It has the privacy curtains in rear along with tinted windows. It has a 5 speed automatic transmission. Power sun/moonroof. Power mirrors and when you put the car in reverse the passenge side will adjust down automatically so you don't hit the curb. It has the climate control air conditioning. AM/FM with cassette deck and 6 disc CD changer with 10 speakers all OEM BMW equipment. The car is garaged and is routinely waxed and detailed to protect the interior and exterior. Please take a look at the seats perfect! No bolster wear, no sun damage, just soft supple leather. No one has ever smoked, eaten or drank in this car. Interior condition is excellent. If you are looking for a low milage very clean E39 5 series here you are. They don't get much nicer than this. Note I still have a small amount to pay the car off. The lender stated that the title will be mailed once it is paid off with in two weeks. If you are a California resident I will have the car smogged for you and the tags are good until Jan of 2014. I also will still drive this car to and from work until next Monday when my new car arrives so there will be maybe another 150 miles on the odometer. Once the auction ends I will provide the buyer with the odometer reading and it will remain as such until the car is picked up. This is a very nice car. It does have a few small tiny nicks in the paint common with an 11 year old car. No dents or dings. A couple of pixels in the exterior temperature reading and trip odometer are out (common on the E39)The rear privacy curtain has a cracked joint still works fine. Also the passenger side rear door tiny glass privacy curtain does not retract. Again minor issues but I wanted to make mention of them so there are no surprises. The Fire Fighter plates and stickers will be removed and retained by me at the close of auction.
