Vehicle Detail
Normal 0 false false false EN-US JA X-NONE For sale is my 1992 Chevy Camaro RS (25th Anniversary edition). Clean title in hand! This car is a project car that I was going to make a drag racer out of but funds ran short. It comes with a 283 bored 30 over and a TH350 transmission with a shift kit and stall converter. The engine and transmission have less than about 300 miles on them after rebuild, as I was having carburetor problems that I couldn't get figured out and I had to suddenly move for work. 10 years later I'm back home and its time for this to go. Engine does not run at this time as the carb, ignition cap, wires, have been removed and used on other cars (not to mention, its sat for the last 10 years) With TLC and the right knowledge this could be a heck of a deal for someone. All glass in good condition. Carpet needs to be replaced. The body is in great shape. Straight as an arrow (no Bondo or repairs). Almost zero rust! (just a touch of surface rust on the drivers side roof where the clear coat has come off). Trunk and hood struts are weak. The only body damage is on the front lower plastic spoiler (see picture). Because it was a planned drag car, a majority of the original wiring harness has been cut or removed. It also has custom made exhaust. If your looking for a rebuild, parts car or drag car, this is the car for you! Please email any questions you may have about this sale. I will respond promptly. On Feb-08-13 at 14:33:43 PST, seller added the following information: REVISION: Above, the transmission is described as a TH350. This is inaccurate. The transmission in the car is the original from the factory. As the car came originally with a 305 engine, the transmission is most likely a 700 R-4 or a TH200. Although I can't be sure which. Either way, the above description of it being re-built and have a shift kit and stall converter is completely accurate.
