Normal 0 false false false EN-US JA X-NONE This 300CD needs a new home. I moved to the city a few years ago and have had the car is a garage since that time. Losing the garage this summer and need to part with a couple of my cars. This one needs a great home, so I've priced it to sell. I have owned this car since 2004. The cars runs and drives quite well. As shown in the photos, I have kept detailed maintenance records from shops specializing in Mercedes Benz diesels. The car has been repainted recently. It has been stored indoors for the past three years, and during that time, only driven once per week. I am the secondowner of the vehicle. I purchased the vehicle from the original owner through my Mercedes mechanic. The car was recently repainted, and the body is clean and straight. There is one, quarter-sized spot of surface rust on the right rear fender but the car is rust free and clean. I replaced the original rims with refinished rims, which still shine. The seats and interior are near perfect (small crack in dash, missing the mirror cover on the driver's side sun visor, and a small tear in driver's seat bolster: see photos), with very little fading of the upholstery and carpet. The right rear window is not currently operating. All other windows and the sunroof operate as they should. The windshield was replaced 3 years ago and is free of scratches. The car has an upgraded, Alpine receiver/cd player. The power antenna works. The wood trim is intact and in great condition. The car has upgraded euro headlights. The original headlights will come with the car (see photo) if you'd like to reinstall them. The vacuum system works as it should. The gauges and controls all work (fuel/oil pressure/speedometer/tachometer). The clock is not working. The climate control system works very well. The car runs and drives well. It feels like a train riding down the tracks. The turbo is strong. The brakes have been serviced regularly and the car is braking as it should. Mechanically, the car performs exactly as it should, and since my ownership, has been cared for only by specialty Mercedes mechanics. The air conditioning components all work, but the system will require a recharge this spring. The a/c system has been converted. The cruise control is not working. Other than those two issues, oil and filters (of all kinds) have been replaced at required intervals, and it is mechanically sound. The car has a PA inspection good through 3/13. The car does not leak water and there are no major leaks of fuel or oil or fluid of any kind. The car has never been smoked in and has not regularly transported a dog or a cat or any other animal you can think of. The car has been a pleasure to own.
