2000 BMW M5 77,500 miles 6 speed manual 400 hp 25 MPG freeway (actual) I am selling this car "as is", no reserve, with full disclosure of its condition. All information known to me about this car is disclosed below. Car Details Mechanical inspection including full scan code check and test drive has been performed by a professional BMW mechanic on January 9, 2013. A scan of that report is below. He can be found on Yelp also. At time of inspection he reported that he was happy with how it handled, and noticed no unusual noises from the drive train when driving it at various speeds. Vehicle passed CA smog (emissions) test on January 6, 2013. A scan of the results are below.Rims are original M5 rims, and tires have about 3/4 cm wear left.Brakes have been serviced recently (contact me for more maintenance records) and mechanic says they are good. Seats are original M5 leather and in very good condition. Electronic motion of seats works well, as well as electronic motion of mirrors and sunroof.GPS navigation system is fully functional and can be updated using BMW issued DVDs. Vehicle is also bluetooth upgradable. This vehicle has had regular maintenance. Two larger maintenance items are coming due on it. Vanos and catalytic converter, as reported by the mechanic. Emissions test operator reported vehicle easily passed emissions test. The top valve cover gasket has a slight leak (see mechanic's report below). Vehicle has minor cosmetic issues documented in pictures and video. They include small crack on lower front right bumper, small crack in passenger side headlight, minor exterior hazing of headlights, scratching to edge of rims, edge of lower driver's side wheel well has dent (see video/pictures), front hidden plastic grill clip broken and grill is loose, rubber windshield trim is dry and cracking, hood emblem clear coat flaking, hood has small rock chips that have been painted over (hood has been repainted), roof edge by driver's side has very small dent with no paint missing, passenger side mirror has small scratch in paint, very small dent in trunk with no paint missing, paint on plastic trim by stick shift is slightly wavy and looks repainted as well as emergency brake lever trim, and seats have very minor scuffing.
